In order to use the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself, including your name, email address and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up-to-date.

The Services and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Seam, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Services may offer premium subscriptions with additional features and benefits. The fees for these premium subscriptions will be clearly disclosed. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the premium subscription services, including all applicable taxes.
Termination: Seam may, in its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Services, or your use of all or a portion of the Services, with or without notice and with or without cause.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT WILL SEAM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF SEAM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, SEAM'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO SEAM FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Services must be brought in the courts of Uganda. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Seam with respect to the use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Seam with respect to the Services.
Seam reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, effective upon posting the modified Terms of Use on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
